Earlier this year, we have made changes in the organization to manage the growth that we had planned. You may remember reading about these changes in a previous newsletter. As we arrive at the end of the year, it is good to look back and reflect on the developments since. How did you experience the year with Enable-U?
This is how we’ve experienced it
We are very proud of the effect of the changes, so far. The team of consultants more than doubled and we are still able to deliver fast and flexible services to our customers. This year we had also payed special attention to continuous service delivery of the highest quality. We are therefore very pleased to announce that we receive high scores in customer satisfaction surveys (on average 8+) and in the personal contact we have with customers, they often express enjoying working with us. On behalf of us all at Enable-U, I would also like to thank all customers and partners for the great collaborations.
What (else) can we do for you?
We aim to continue this positive trend in 2016. In fact, we want to improve continuously and we can’t do it without you. In conversations with customers, we get a lot of valuable feedback which we (can) quickly process in our services. In addition, you surely have feedback, which is an improvement or development issue for our organization for the long term. I would hereby like to urge all customers to not wait for a customer satisfaction survey or a meeting scheduled sometime in the future.
